Shipping Policy

 

At River & Mara, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and secure manner is important to you. That is why we have partnered with reliable couriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

If there's a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there's a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Please also note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping rate is £4.99 for orders within the UK. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for a flat rate of £9.99 and orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over £50 within the UK.

To view the shipping rates for your order, please add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

International Shipping:

In addition to shipping within the United Kingdom, River & Mara is pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

River & Mara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Delivery Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email or by visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@riverandmara.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
