Our standard shipping rate is £4.99 for orders within the UK. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of £9.99 and orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £50 within the UK.

We also offer free standard shipping for orders over £100 in North America & EU.

We understand items may not fit the way you want them to. That's why we are glad to offer free returns to customers in the UK. To initiate a return, please get in touch, we'll send you a QR-code for Evri drop off.

1. Securely pack your item(s) with the original packaging, if possible, and include a note with your order number.
2. Please scan de QR code at the Evri drop-off and return your order.
3. Once we're received your return and inspected it we'll process your exchange or refund within 10 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email or by visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@riverandmara.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
